Handcrafted Products
Most of FlappingWing's products are handcrafted by artisans, resulting in unique details for each piece. Therefore, the products you receive may not be exactly the same as the images displayed on our website. This variation is a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and does not constitute a quality issue. -
Quality Issues
If you confirm a quality issue with the product within 7 days of receiving it, we will arrange a return process for you. -
oNon-Quality Issues
· For non-quality-related reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
· If you need to exchange a product due to size not fitting, you will be responsible for the return and reshipment shipping costs.

· If the hair clip is available in multiple sizes (i.e., not "free size") and there is a size issue, we accept exchanges only, not returns.
· The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. -

· For rings with size issues, we accept both returns and exchanges.
· The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
